Terms and conditions

By using the XHT Markets website, Telegram bot, expert advisors or any subscription (the "Services"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. What the service is

XHT Markets provides educational and analytical content: signals generated by an automated rule system, technical analysis, news, calculators and MetaTrader 5 expert advisors. This content is not investment advice or a solicitation to buy or sell. We do not manage money, act as a broker, or hold anyone's trading funds.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, and using these services and trading with leverage must be legal where you live.

3. Account and license

• You sign in with your Telegram account. You are responsible for keeping your account and license key safe.
• The license key is personal. You may not sell or share it, or republish private channel content or paid signals.
• The copier EA is licensed for a limited number of MT5 accounts per key.
• We may suspend any license or account that breaks these terms, without a refund.

4. Subscriptions and payment

• Prices are in US dollars; payment is in cryptocurrency (USDT) through an external payment gateway.
• A subscription starts when the payment is confirmed on chain and runs from that date. There is no automatic renewal; we remind you before it ends.
• Network fees and conversion differences are paid by the customer. A partial payment does not activate the subscription until completed.
• Coupons and referral discounts cannot be combined, and we may cancel any discount used fraudulently.

5. Referrals and free trial

Referral rewards apply only to a new customer's first paid subscription. The free trial is once per person. Abuse (fake accounts, referring yourself) cancels the rewards.

6. Signals and performance

The public record is calculated from data-provider prices at the time and does not include your broker's actual spread, slippage or commissions. Your results may differ. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

7. Expert advisors and copy trading

EAs are provided "as is". You are responsible for testing them on a demo account first, for lot size and risk settings, and for monitoring your account. We are not liable for internet, platform, broker or server outages that affect execution.

8. Broker links

Some links are partner links, and we may earn a commission from the broker at no extra cost to you. Your relationship with any broker is independent of us, and we are not responsible for its services.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XHT Markets is not liable for any direct or indirect financial loss from using or relying on the Services. In any case, our liability is limited to the amount of your last subscription payment.

10. Intellectual property

All content, code, designs and indicators belong to XHT Markets and may not be copied, resold or decompiled.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; continuing to use the Services means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Privacy policy

What we collect

• When you sign in: your Telegram ID and username, and the name, email and phone number if you enter them.
• When you buy: email, TradingView username (for indicators), MT5 account numbers linked to the license, and order data from the payment gateway (amount, currency, status). We never receive card details or wallet keys.
• When you use the app: trades you marked "I took it", price alerts, likes, browser push subscription, and display settings (stored on your device).

How we use it

To run your account and subscriptions, send signals, alerts, license keys and reminders, prevent fraud and improve the service. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.

Who processes it for us

Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Telegram (messages), NOWPayments (payments), Resend (email), and price providers (Twelve Data, Coinbase), which receive no personal data.

Retention and your rights

We keep data while your account or subscription exists, and order records as long as the law requires. You can edit your details in My account, or ask us for a copy or deletion. To stop alerts, send /stop to the bot or turn off device notifications from the bell.

Refund policy

• Duplicate payment for the same order: we refund the extra amount.
• A technical fault on our side that stopped you using the service for more than 72 hours in a row and was not fixed: we extend your subscription by the same time or refund the unused part.
• Payment not activated: if a full payment arrived and your subscription was not activated within 24 hours, contact us and we will activate it or refund it.

Not making a profit from signals, changing your mind, not knowing how to use the platform, or a license suspended for breaking the terms are not grounds for a refund. Try the service first with the free trial and the public record.

Refunds are paid in the same cryptocurrency to an address you provide, minus network fees, within 7 business days of approval. Ask for a refund within 14 days of payment.

Risk disclosure

• Do not trade money you cannot afford to lose, and do not borrow to trade.
• Signals and analysis are automated and probabilistic and can be wrong. Markets react to sudden news and events.
• Displayed prices may differ from your broker's, and execution may be delayed or slip, especially around news.
• Past performance in the record does not guarantee future results.
• XHT Markets is not licensed to give investment advice. Consult a licensed financial adviser before any decision.
• Use a demo account first and limit the risk per trade (for example 1% of the account).
